Passport Funding

The Passport Program provides funding to adults with developmental disabilities, including neurodiverse individuals, to help them take part in community life, learn life skills, and live more independently. This funding can support things like:

  • Life skills programs (cooking, money management, daily living)
  • Recreational and social activities
  • Support workers or personal assistance
  • Volunteer or work‑readiness programs 

Who Can Apply:

  • Adults aged 18+ living in Ontario
  • Those with a diagnosed developmental disabilities
  • Individuals seeking support to participate in community or life skills programs

TTC Training for Neurodiverse youth and adults

The TTC offers a free Travel Training program to help neurodiverse individuals learn how to safely and confidently use Toronto’s transit system. Training is one-on-one and teaches skills like planning routes, using PRESTO, navigating stations, and boarding buses, streetcars, and subways.

The TTC also provides MagnusCards, a set of visual, step-by-step guides designed to support autistic and neurodiverse riders.

TDSB Occupational Therapy & Physiotherapy
